Tentorium, based in Reading in Berkshire started with five friends in 2002. Between us we have more than 100 years experience in supplying and installing marquees and tents! During the seven years since the formation of Tentorium we have gone from strength to strength and have carved for ourselves a little niche in the marketplace by specialising in small to medium size family weddings and private parties although we have serviced many corporate events and supplied marquees for Glastonbury, Reading, the Womad festivals.
Tentorium stock traditional white, canvas and PVC marquees as well as an extensive range of framed marquees which means that we can offer our customers a size to suit their event and and can work in the space available. We all love what we do here and this comes across in our approach to business. We all get a kick out of watching the bride and groom when they see their finished marquee for the first time and a great deal of pleasure from seeing the relief of someone who has worked so hard to coordinate a corporate event when they see their marquee decked out with liners and lighting and flowers. It’s those kinds of reaction that make our job worthwhile.
Our guys are passionate about what they do; we will all take the time to listen to what you want and to recommend the best type of marquee for you, no matter what the size of event. We will offer as much attention to the person who wants a small marquee in their back garden to seat 35 people for a wedding breakfast as we will to the company who wants to organise 4 marquees for a pop festival.
